Grilled Chicken Spiedies

Its grilling season! This is a quick and easy way to cook chicken and its a Southern Tier New York favorite.

Prep Time: 10 minutes  width=

Cooking Time: ~10 minutes   

Yield: 4 – 6 servings

Ingredients:

3 Chicken breasts

1 cup Spiedie marinade, poultry marinade, or Italian dressing

Directions:

1.  Chop chicken into 1″ cubes

2.  Combine chicken cubes with marinade and put in fridge for 2+ hours

3.  Put chicken chunks on skewers

4.  Put skewers on grill and cook rotating every few minutes until chicken is cooked

5.  Enjoy!

Bonus tip (from my Dad): put foil on grill under skewers to keep chicken tender
