You’re thinking about the holidays, family coming to town, holiday travels, and what you’re going to eat. As you start planning your holiday meals, I’ve compiled 50 real food holiday recipes from my blog to help you out.

Why stop eating healthy real food at the holidays? Eating lots of sugar, flour, and shortening at the holidays compromises your immune system and makes you susceptible to getting sick. Let the good times roll with these wholesome and healthy, quick and easy, real food recipes. These recipes are all gluten free and (almost all) dairy free. They range from homemade Cranberry Orange Granola and other breakfast fare to dessert with Not Your Grandmother’s Pumpkin Pie. . . and everything in between including one of my favorites at Thanksgiving, Cranberry Apple Relish.
