how long can u store them ?
Hi Jojo, these will store in a sealed container on the counter for a few days but may stale a bit depending on humidity. Pop them in the oven again for a few minutes before serving later and they will be as crispy as when you first took them out of the oven! -Erin
These can be stored for a couple of days in a sealed container without going stale. If they aren’t as crisp as you’d like, pop them in the oven at 350 degrees for a minute or two and they will be crispy again.
Does it have to be grapeseed oil? Can olive or vegetable oil be used instead?
You bet Gina. Refined olive oil or vegetable oil can be used instead with no problems.

This is not a recipe for “home-made tortilla chips” – it’s a recipe using BOUGHT tortilla chips. I’m disappointed.
Hi Barry, thanks for your comment. This is a recipe for Homemade Tortilla Chips using bought tortillas.
