Welcome
Hi, I’m Erin. I help intentional parents find confidence and joy in the kitchen to take back their health, one meal at a time.
You want to feel good about the food you’re feeding yourself and your family. You want to prepare healthy well-balanced meals your whole family will love.
But, you think preparing healthy meals takes too much time after a long day, your kids won’t eat what you make, or you’re sick of your go-to meals. You’ve tried weekly meal kits, buying meal plans, counting bites of broccoli, and scrolling on Instagram or Pinterest for healthy recipe ideas. These quick-fixes aren’t sustainable solutions for long-term health and healing.
Since 2009, I’ve taught parents like you how to prepare simple, delicious, real food meals so they can live a happy, healthy, and joyful life. As an Integrative Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), I blend culinary nutrition, functional medicine, and real food from seed to table to help you build habits you can stick with no matter what life brings your way.
